La afiliación al Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social (IESS) de los trabajadores rurales del cantón Colta y las modalidades de contratación laboral.

The present investigation is entitled "THE AFFILIATION TO THE ECUADORIAN INSTITUTE OF SOCIAL SECURITY OF RURAL WORKERS OF THE COLTA CANTON AND THE MODALITIES OF LABOR CONTRACTING", has originated in view of the fact that rural workers have been victims of non-affiliation with social security . In such virtue, the purpose of the present investigation is to describe that the modality of labor contracting that is carried out to rural workers, the violation of labor rights is perpetrated. For compliance, the investigation was developed in two parts: first, through the treatment of the constant theoretical framework in 3 units called: the first, social security; the second, labor contract modalities; and, the third, practical case analysis of the right to social security of agricultural workers in the Colta canton. The appropriate methodological design for legal and dogmatic research, through the logical, analytical and descriptive historical research method; mixed research approach; types of documentary, analytical and descriptive research; non-experimental research design. Additionally, information has been collected thanks to the research instruments, which has allowed conclusions and recommendations to be drawn according to the problem investigated.
