| Riassunto: | The present study focuses on investigating the topic of "Resilience and quality of life in caregivers of patients with disabling diseases", with the aim of systematizing information on resilience and quality of life in caregivers of patients with disabling diseases for better understanding. This research was carried out using a bibliographic and descriptive approach, performing a methodological process that included the search for research antecedents. We worked with a population of 250 documents, from which, by means of a non-probabilistic intentional sampling, together with the management of inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample of 58 scientific documents was obtained. Data analysis was carried out using instruments such as the review form and the Critical Review Form-Quantitative Studies (CRF-QS). The results obtained reveal a moderate level of resilience in caregivers, influenced by their individual characteristics and the environment in which they live, especially in relation to disabling diseases. Regarding quality of life, it was observed that the most affected dimensions were the physical, social and psychological areas, resulting in a medium/high level of quality of life in most caregivers. It is concluded that these variables are conditioned by socioeconomic aspects and emotional-familial support. In addition, it was observed that the perception of quality of life is affected by deterioration of physical and psychological health, feelings of personal dissatisfaction and lack of care in interpersonal relationships, which can lead to a negative view of individual satisfaction with life. |
