Diagnóstico de enfermedades renales mediante la valoración del sedimento urinario

ABSTRACT: The general objective of the current investigation was to argue bibliographic information about the diagnosis of kidney diseases through the evaluation of the urinary sediment. These diseases do not distinguish people. At the same time, this pathology is silent, noncommunicable, which has shown over the years based on statistical evidence of an increase in worldwide cases. In the early stages, they do not present symptoms. The only way to prove is that they are in the correct renal function is by carrying out laboratory tests. One of the most important is the evaluation of the urinary sediment. The study was qualitative, descriptive, non-exploratory, documentary, cross-sectional and retrospective. The population is made up of sources, such as books, web pages, journals, and audio and video clips. The study involved thoroughly research to find reliable sources with a population of 185 reviews and a sample of 65 references published in recognized indexed journals. Scientifically proven findings of the usefulness of urinary sediment for the diagnosis of kidney diseases were collected and analyzed. Recent data have shown that urinary microscopy has prognostic and diagnostic value by analyzing the formed elements of crucial clinical relevance in this project are cylinders. Since they come from the renal tubule and are considered markers of renal pathologies, just like the red cells and kidney cells, that out of the reference ranges are usually present in kidney diseases.
