Tag hinzufügen | Zusammenfassung: | This work was carried out in order to determine the actions of nursing in adherence to treatment in patients with tuberculosis. Riobamba-Chambo District. October 2018- March 2019, the study population was 30 nurses. A descriptive, qualitative and quantitative, observational, non-participatory, cross-sectional study was developed, in which the sociodemographic variables were determined, being between 20-39 years old, with predominance of the female gender, who have been working from 1 to 3 years. Through the application of a knowledge test on the actions of the nursing professional that facilitate the adherence to the treatment of patients with tuberculosis, 52.12% of the nursing staff responded correctly and the observed factors that affect the adherence to the treatment of tuberculosis in the health services, were the treatment, accessibility and skills. A guide was presented focused on the nursing staff to favor the adherence to the treatment of patients with tuberculosis, taking into consideration that they were formulated from a health positioning of an inclusive, renewed and quality health education. |
