A descriptive, qualitative and quantitative, observational, non-participatory, cross-sectional study was developed, in which the sociodemographic variables were determined, being between 20-39 years old, with predominance of the female gender, who have been working from 1 to 3 years. Through the application of a knowledge test on the actions of the nursing professional that facilitate the adherence to the treatment of patients with tuberculosis, 52.12% of the nursing staff responded correctly and the observed factors that affect the adherence to the treatment of tuberculosis in the health services, were the treatment, accessibility and skills. A guide was presented focused on the nursing staff to favor the adherence to the treatment of patients with tuberculosis, taking into consideration that they were formulated from a health positioning of an inclusive, renewed and quality health education. |

Distrito Riobamba-Chambo. Octubre 2018-marzo 2019, la población de estudio fueron 30 enfermeras y enfermeros. Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo descriptivo, cualitativo y cuantitativo, observacional, no participativa, de campo, de corte transversal, en el que se determinó las variables sociodemográficas encontrándose edades de entre 20-39 años, con predominio del género femenino, que llevan trabajando de 1 a 3 años. Mediante la aplicación de un test de conocimiento sobre las acciones del profesional de Enfermería que faciliten la adherencia al tratamiento de pacientes con tuberculosis, el 52.12% del personal de Enfermería respondieron correctamente y los factores observados que afectan la adherencia al tratamiento de la tuberculosis en los servicios de salud, fueron el trato, accesibilidad y competencias.
