The objective is to compare the level of development of school Neuropsychological Maturity in the students of Fourth and Fifth year of General Basic Education of the Compud Educational Network, it is important to emphasize that the analyzed variable is primordial within the school environment because it helps to know if there is an adequate maturational development in the children or have the need to reinforce those areas where there is less development that affects the performance of the students. The research developed had a quantitative approach with non-experimental design, of basic type by the level of descriptive-comparative scope, by the place of field, type of transversal study, the psychometric technique was used and the instrument was the School Neuropsychological Maturity Questionnaire ¨Cumanes¨. The sample was non-probabilistic and intentional and consisted of 63 students of the Compud Educational Network (33 fourth year students and 30 fifth year students). The results show that the students do not have an adequate neuropsychological development according to their chronological age, since low scores were obtained in the tests, thus affecting their learning. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers include in the micro-curricular planning strategies that allow an adequate development.
