Implementación del repositorio curricular para la universidad nacional de Chimborazo utilizando “Plataformas de colaboración empresarial

The need to document internal and external resolutions, projects, and curricular adjustments of a Public Institution of Higher Education had become a priority; the National University of Chimborazo (UNACH) observed the need to implement a curricular repository to store and order the information. Considering this, this research project's main objective was to implement a curricular repository using enterprise collaboration platforms such as SharePoint to store and organize the information related to each of the current and non-current careers that make up the National University of Chimborazo. For the development of the research project, the Scrum methodology was used; its main feature is iterative development to ensure a successful outcome. It was used as a complement to the WordPress tool, generating a website allowing access to stored documentation as needed. A survey was applied to career directors to evaluate the functionality criteria of the curricular repository, where the parameters of functional completeness, functional correctness, and functional relevance of the ISO 25010 standard were measured, showing that the application obtained an outstanding level with a percentage of 67.74% according to the equivalences of the level of functionality established in academic management.
