Inteligencia emocional y comunicación interna en la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Interandina

This research focuses on the analysis of the relationship between emotional intelligence and internal communication among the employees of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Interandina. Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to perceive, understand, and regulate one's own and others' emotions; it is considered fundamental in the work environment to promote the emotional well-being and effective perforshance of employees. Through the application of surveys and an interview with managers, senior managers, and workers that make up COAC Interandina, it has been possible to examine how the emotional intelligence of workers influences the quality of internal communication within the cooperative. It is expected that the results obtained will contribute to a better understanding of the importance of emotional intelligence in the work context as well as identify possible areas for improvement in the internal communication of the cooperative. This will allow the development of strategies and training programs aimed at strengthening both the emotional intelligence of workers and the effectiveness of internal communication, with the ultimate goal of improving the work environment and organizational performance. At the end of the research, this study seeks to provide valuable information for the management of Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Interandina, having relevance in that emotional intelligence and internal communication are fundamental pillars for organizational success in a collaborative and productive work environment.
