Ամփոփում: | This study evaluates the effect of sugary drinks on the surface microhardness of two Bulk Fill resins. We applied an experimental comparative research of two Bulk Fill resins of different brands (Ivoclar and 3M) subject to the treatment of two sugary drinks. Thirty resin blocks of each brand were produced, and distributed in groups of 10. Group A remained as a control group, and was not treated with any sugary beverages, while Groups B and C formed by resin blocks both brands and were treated with valley juice and citrus drinks. The statistical analysis of the hardness of each group related to the variables brand and treatment applied showed a greater correlation between the brand and the hardness of the used materials (VALUE F=643,28). This states that the hardness of the materials is a characteristic of the given resin composition. On the other hand, the control group showed that the resins Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill and Filtek Bulk Fill have values of microhardness surface of 59.02 HV and 68.41 HV respectively. Meanwhile in the the B group, the resin Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill treated with valley juice presented a hardness of 55.65 HV and with cifrut juice of 56.02 HV. In the group C, the resin Filtek Bulk Fill treated with valley juice presented hardness of 62.27 HV and with cifrut juice its hardness was 65.38 HV. |
