| 要約: | The purpose of this work is to analyze the geographical and historical aspects of El Tejado creek, with the purpose of having an approach to the reality occurred in 2022 in this sector based on historical and geographical criteria, taking into account that what happened in 2022 was not an isolated event, but there are reports of similar events in places close to this sector, including one in the same place occurred in 1975. The methodology under the methodology which is conducted research is qualitative-qualitative as the quantitative and qualitative data record was necessary, it is a documentary study and field study. The collection techniques used were interviews and surveys. Four experts in geography, risk mitigation and soil management were interviewed. On the other hand, the survey was applied to 45 people living in these sectors to know their perspective on the fact. As a conclusion, it was established that there are several factors such as deforestation, disorderly urban growth, lack of environmental culture and responsibility in the use of soils that caused the alluvium of La Gasca, which is why it is necessary to take measures such as citizen education, compliance with legal provisions and the implementation of an early warning system to prevent another event like the one that occurred. |
