Sumario:ABSTRACT: Occupational Risk Management is not only an obligation but also a necessity for companies, and it can be defined as a methodical arrangement of interdependent activities and related procedures that make it possible to protect the integrity of workers; the purpose of this study was to establish the technical management of occupational risks at the Santiago II gas station. For this purpose, the research was descriptive, explanatory, documental and on field, with a qualitative approach. A checklist was applied for the initial identification of risks, for the evaluation, the following methods were applied: General Risk Evaluation Method from the National Institute of Safety and Hygiene at Work (INSHT), the Simplified System of accident risk evaluation NTP 330 and the William Fine Method. The results of the evaluation showed that the main risks to which the gas station staff is exposed are: for the administrative work position, risk of exposure to noise, exposure to autonomous work and mental workload, categorized as moderate risks, risk of exposure to non-ionizing radiation, COVID-19 contagion, repetitive movements and inadequate postures, categorized as important; for the auxiliary fuel unloading work position, risk of exposure to noise, exposure to vapors/gases, exposure to noxious or toxic substances, COVID-19 contagion, categorized as important risks, and risk of exposure to batteries categorized as moderate risk; for the fuel dispatcher position, risk of shocks/cuts categorized as moderate risk, risk of shocks against vehicles, shocks against immobile objects, exposure to noise, exposure to vapors/gases, exposure to harmful or toxic substances, COVID-19 infection, forced postures, repetitive movements, inadequate postures, autonomous work, mental workload and night work, categorized as important risks; For the auxiliary cleaning position, risk of people falling to the same level, exposure to vapors/gases, exposure to noxious or toxic substances, manual lifting of loads, categorized as moderate risks, risk of COVID-19 infection and exposure to batteries, categorized as important risks. To control risks, a manual of safe work procedures was drawn up with their corresponding records and instructions.
