| 要約: | ABSTRACT: Nowadays, we live a scientific development that evolves rapidly; wireless technologies have been developed and are widely accepted in society due to their versatility and the lower value of installation; we find them in most high-end mobile phones, home appliances, computers, driver's licenses, ID's, amongst others. The following research had a goal to evaluate wireless technologies to implement an intelligent charging system for public cab transport of "La Cerámica" company in Riobamba. The focus of this study is quantitative. According to the objective and the degree of knowledge in the field, the scope of this research is explanatory, given that it does not provide only a description; instead, the reasons and causes that generate the occurrence of this phenomenon are explained. Due to the data source, this research is documentary and field kind as well, given that the data is collected at the scene of the events without manipulating any variable and its applied design. The analyzed population corresponds to 150 users, and its sample is 108 clients who use the services of the cab "La Cerámica" company in the city of Riobamba. The methods used were experimental and hypothetical-deductive. The technique used was the survey, the instrument was the questionnaire, which met the qualities of validity and reliability, the data collection of the cards was carried out in the five sectors of the city of Riobamba through probabilistic sampling with two types of cards. RFID and NFC using Wireshark software. To put together the prototype, the use of the RFID/NFC 13.56MHZ PN532 card reader module is proposed, connected to the ESP8266 Node MCU development card. This connects to the internet through a wireless network, allowing direct interaction with the Firebase database in real-time. For user visualization of data, an LCD was added, showing a friendly and easy-to-use interface. The results obtained affirm the proposed hypothesis. Given that a probability value of less than 0.05 was obtained, when inferred with the T Student statistic, it is concluded that: the NFC card reaches an average time of 1.40 seconds, being the appropriate one for its implementation on the prototype compared to the RFID card. |
