Sumario:Motor disability conditions are becoming more common in the population. For this reason, permanently has evolved in the design and implementation of functional rehabilitation systems in interactive environments supported by technology to implement in special education centers and rehabilitation centers. Within this context, the present research bases on the importance of supporting motor rehabilitation treatments with technical assistance to aid children with motor disabilities and specialists in the area. Propose the Kinect tool's use to support the capture of movements of the critical points of the upper and lower extremities of children with psychomotor deficits, to subsequently develop and improve motor skills through dynamic exercise video games. The research starts from the theoretical analysis of gross motor skills and natural user interfaces to further analyze through a questionnaire how the rehabilitation paradigm changes with hardware assistance. The video game was presented through a practical example to teachers and therapists who work with children with motor disabilities at the Carlos Garbay Specialized Educational Unit in the city of Riobamba. They qualified the system as something new and essential for the motor rehabilitation process of a patient. Therefore, it can be assured that this environment is of transcendence at present and will be in the future.
