要約: | ABSTRACT: This bibliographic review was based mainly on collecting evidence based on the theme "Proprioception in injury prevention in soccer players" since it is fundamental in soccer training. The importance of proprioceptive methods lies in the ability of the brain to know the exact position of all parts of our body at all times. In other words, our brain receives different orders from the joints and muscles of their precise position; training based on applying methods focused on proprioception prevents injuries and gives soccer players outstanding performance. The same thing was evidenced by the collection of 35 scientific articles in bibliographic bases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, Pubmed, Scielo, ProQuest WordWindeScience, and Dialnet, the same ones that were evaluated according to the PEDro scale, being part of this investigation those that obtained a score greater than or equal to 6. To present the results, two tables were made in which the efficacy of the proprioceptive methods and those that did not obtain favorable results are described. The majority of scientific articles verified the benefits of applying proprioceptive methods in soccer players, having 33 in favor and two against. Statistically, more than 90% are beneficial results that help with the fulfillment of the objective of the investigation. Keywords: Proprioception, proprioceptive methods, football training, sports injuries |
