Exámen especial a las Cuentas de Ingreos y Gastos en la Estación de Servicio "BY PASS" de la ciudad de riobamba por el período 2014 para determinar el uso de sus recursos.

This research was developed in the Service Station "BY PASS" in Riobamba city, it has staff working in different departments and are established in Organic Functional, it is a company that handles the distribution of fuel retail and wholesale (Diesel - Extra - Super) doing a good job in service to the community, this has achieved over time become a station of recognized service in the province for its excellence in customer service to the public and offering products not only in quantity also in quality. This research project is structured as follows: Chapter I. In this chapter is the reference framework, consisting of the approach and problem formulation, research questions guidelines, general and specific objectives and the justification. Chapter II. It is the theoretical framework, starting with the historical background of the service station, mission, vision, organizational structure and services, it is defined the variables study, Standards and Phases Auditing and Hypothetical Unit. Chapter III. In this chapter consists the methodological framework which has been used for researching development as well as population and sample with which we worked, the techniques and instruments chosen to collect information from field research, development of special test that includes three phases: Audit planning in which relevant aspects about "By Pass" service station will be detailed, Audit Programs, in the second Phase, Audit Execution are detailed procedures in place Audit programs and determines the findings, significant, they supported with their respective working papers made by the Auditor and Communication phase results. Chapter IV. It includes the conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation of results of different instruments used in the research.
