They have a strong influence over producers whose aim is to satisfy their clients. One of their current actions is to grant credits. Those have allowed some enterprises to increase their sales. They generate some accounts receivable or past due accounts since a credit does not allow to get money back immediately. This current search identified a lack of process and policies implementation in order to get money back from overdue loans and uncollectible accounts; therefore , it is required to implement efficient policies for improving some enterprise situations which aim is to monitor their credit risk behavior as a control and mediation mechanism and the to reach their objectives. A collection management has to be adequate since it is a very important component to maintain commercial relations .It allows clients to be more efficient at the moment of paying back their granted loans. Consequently, there will be a portfolio investment that allows good decision making. |
