This research will be of interest, that increasingly influential impact on the social networks in the daily life of people and to know how the activities carried out in the institution are disseminated to the public and how people with visual disabilities access the contents. of the page and how they can use technology despite of their visual impairment. Social networks are a fundamental part for the development of society, in them you can find informative content. The social network Facebook is free and in it personal use and institutional content can be share , the latter is done through the fan page or fan page with a like button and they become followers as well. Institutions today seek to increase their coverage to a large number of possible people to make themselves known and generate interactions on the network. In this context, APRODVICH has followers, this page was created in 2018 in which content of the activities undertaken in the institution.
