Opis
Streszczenie:The research is documentary, and various scientific articles are used for its preparation. The main objective of the research is to thoroughly infer the scientific literature on the effects of respiratory physiotherapy in bronchiolitis, carrying out a bibliographic review of published articles to provide an alternative physiotherapy intervention to reduce the discomfort associated with the pathology. The research involved a comprehensive search for scientific articles in various databases such as Scielo, PubMed, Elsevier, Scopus, PEDro, Google Academic, E-book, and Digital Repositories. After a meticulous filtering process, a total of 33 articles were selected in different languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian). Each of these articles met our inclusion criteria and played a pivotal role in the development of the research project, providing the necessary information and shaping our understanding of the topic. After analysis and interpretation, it is concluded that as part of bronchiolitis treatment, they were mostly beneficial since several studies support their effectiveness. In addition, it is observed that respiratory physiotherapy contributes to reducing hospital stay, reducing heart rate, reducing the need for intubation, and avoiding more invasive procedures, such as admission to the ICU, to obtain much more favorable and optimal results by improving the quality of life of patients.
