| الملخص: | The present research, titled “The Role of the Teacher in the Development of Kinesthetic Intelligence in Children of Initial Education Sublevel 2 at the Nuestra Señora de Pompeya Educational Unit in the city of Puyo,” aims to determine the importance of the teacher's role in fostering kinesthetic intelligence among early childhood education students. Promoting this type of intelligence helps children improve their motor skills and enhances their emotional and social development, contributing to their overall well-being. Integrating movement and physical activity into the educational process facilitates a more comprehensive and practical learning experience. Methodologically, this research employs a mixed approach that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis. It follows a non-experimental design, meaning there was no deliberate manipulation of variables—the research was limited to observing phenomena without intervention. The study is bibliographic and field-based, relying on credible sources to ensure effective research outcomes. The sample consisted of 24 children from Early Childhood Education, specifically from Sublevel 2, parallel “A.” We used an observation technique with an observation card that included parameters related to the two main variables. Following the observation, we tabulated and analyzed the data, which allowed us to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the findings. The results indicate that the teacher's role in developing kinesthetic intelligence is fundamental. Through guidance and thoughtfully proposed activities, teachers can significantly contribute to the teaching-learning process and the holistic development of their students. |
