Evaluación y análisis de mejoras en la línea de producción mediante los métodos RULA y REBA para la reducción de riesgos ergonómicos en la Empresa NEPROPAC S.A. en el periodo 2023-2024.

The present thesis work, titled "Evaluation and Analysis of Improvements in the Production Line Using the RULA and REBA Methods for the Reduction of Ergonomic Risks at Nepropac S.A. during the 2023–2024 Period," aims to identify, assess, and mitigate ergonomic risks present in the company's production line using two well-known ergonomic assessment methods: RULA and REBA. In the development of this research, the Kuorinka questionnaire was initially applied to 11 workers, 78.57% of whom reported musculoskeletal discomfort, mainly in the shoulders (57.14%), neck (28.57%), and back (42.87%). These data reveal the presence of ergonomic risks associated with daily tasks at the workstations. The REBA methodology applied to the mixing and sealing lines showed that 67.00% of the workstations present a medium risk, indicating the need for adjustments to workstations and tasks. The RULA method applied to the fractioning and tableting lines identified medium and low-risk levels; however, improvements in posture and reduced physical loads were recommended.
