Gestión de la calidad y los procesos en Talleres Chacha Motors Guaranda-Bolívar.

The presentation of the research work "Quality management and processes in Talleres Chacha Motors Guaranda – Bolívar", implemented as its main objective to determine how quality management influences the administrative processes established by Talleres Chacha Motors. In addition to diagnosing quality management in administrative processes, theoretically substantiate the variables and design a quality management model to improve administrative processes in Talleres Chacha Motors. The methodology used was hypothetical-deductive with the intention of solving problems posed by collecting data, evidencing the shortcomings and errors of the company. For this, data were collected through the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument, which was applied to 70 frequent customers. And the interpretation of this information was made by the statistical program IBMS SPSS. The results of the study show that quality management effectively influences the administrative processes established by Talleres Chacha Motors, this according to the chi-square test that obtained a result > 0.05. For which a management model based on three steps was established: input, process and output.
