Streszczenie:The following research aims to make a diagnosis of the Management of Human Talent that applies the Cooperative of Saving and Credit Choco Tungurahua Runa Ltda., analyzing each of the processes of management, to stablish if the above mentioned processes affect the Institutional Development. For this study the Manager has been considered, the human talent boss and the collaborators of the Cooperative of Saving and Credit Choco Tungurahua Runa Ltda., to whom the interviews and polls are realized for gathering information for the present research; this study consists of five detailed chapters: First Chapter shows the Problem Description, problem formulation; objectives and validation. Second Chapter, specifies the Theoretical Frame that is to say the theoretical foundation jointly with the development of each of the units where this investigation is guided; at the end of the chapter we find the hypothesis, and variables with his respective operationalization. Third Chapter, Methodological Framework, explains the scientific method of work, as well as, the design and type of research, population and sample, research techniques and instruments, this chapter also presents the tabulation, information analysis and interpretation, testing the hypotheses. Fourth Chapter, Conclusions and Recommendations of the research process. Fifth Chapter, Proposal which contains the profile Manual administrative competency for the Cooperative of Saving and Credit Choco Tungurahua Runa Ltda.
