| Тойм: | The educational units of the rural area of the province of Chimborazo face several difficulties in terms of student learning, the problem lies in the ignorance of the strategies that contribute significantly to the understanding of the contents of the Natural Sciences text, breaking boredom, fatigue and difficulty in their learning, for this reason, the objective of the research was to integrate the strategies: jigsaw groups and cause and effect diagram, for the learning of Natural Sciences with students of the ninth year of Basic General Education of the Gonzol Educational Unit. The research methodology was non-experimental, of a descriptive, bibliographical, and field type, the analysis-synthesis, inductive and deductive methods were used. For the data collection, we worked with a population of 19 students, to whom the survey technique was applied, and as an instrument, the questionnaire consisted of 10 questions with their different alternatives. To conclude the integration of the strategies: Jigsaw groups and cause and effect diagram, facilitate the learning of Natural Sciences, favoring the understanding of the contents of the text in an autonomous and collaborative way. It is suggested to encourage students on the use of Jigsaw Groups strategies and the cause an effect diagram as a didactic tool to facilitate the learning of Natural Sciences. |
