“El delito de femicidio en la provincia de Chimborazo durante el año 2016.”

The structure of the work, is carried out an investigation regarding the crime of femicide its similarities and differences within the province of Chimborazo during the year 2016. The investigative work is structured by themes and subtopics that perfectly describe the problem to be studied, conformed as follows: within the preliminary pages we locate the cover, qualification of the members of the court, acknowledgments, dedication, indexes etc; As point number one we find the introduction within the same is included the approach of the problem the respective justification. As a second point, the objectives are both general and specific, which, once this work is completed, must be made effective. As a third point, we describe the theoretical framework where the study of art is included, in which we have proceeded to review similar works in addition to the theoretical foundations, in the latter we can see the rates of femicides in Latin America. Fourthly, feminicide is defined as its origin, the creator of the term, in addition to words that maintain similarity with the crime studied. Below are theoretical aspects such as definitions of femicide, femicide, differences, similarities, causes and main consequences. The fifth point establishes the methodology to be used within the research, in the sixth place will discuss the results obtained from the research and interviews conducted. Within the seventh point we have the conclusions and recommendations that have been reached at the end of the work, as the last point to develop we find the bibliography used to carry out the research and learning itself, annexes itself which is composed of survey, case law Which would better illustrate what the crime of femicide is.
