Riassunto:This study analyzes the influence of sustainability practices on bean production in the Sibambe parish during 2023, with the aim of evaluating their impact on the profitability and sustainability of small-scale producers. Surveys conducted with local farmers revealed that, although they possess basic knowledge about sustainability, its application is limited by a lack of resources and access to training. Bean production is key to the parish's economy, but it faces obstacles such as restricted market access, insufficient financing, and limited use of appropriate technologies. The hypothetical-deductive research showed that the adoption of modern and sustainable agricultural techniques can improve productivity and protect the environment. It also confirmed farmers' interest in implementing sustainable practices if they receive the necessary support. As a result, an action plan was proposed focusing on training, financing, rural infrastructure development, and promoting direct sales to strengthen sustainable bean production in Sibambe.
