Čoahkkáigeassu:The main purpose of this research work was to determine the optimal connections for deployable structures, which can be used to provide temporary shelters for people who require them, structured for a maximum of four people per module. Bamboo is a renewable material of natural origin, its growth is more accelerated than other woods, bamboo cane has great resistance in relation to its weight, studies have shown that building with bamboo has benefits such as its lower economic cost than construction with traditional material, followed by the environmental factor which, being a natural material, does not pollute the environment. The methodology applied in the research is of experimental type for which programs such as Sap2000, SolidWorks, and Ansys are used to analyze loads, stresses, and deformations in the structures and connections of the bamboo structural elements. The results show that the proposed connections in each of the cases meet the requirements of the NEC-GUADUA 2016, so for each of them details are presented for their manufacture and assembly. Finally, it is concluded that the rectangular proposal is optimal to be used as a structure for temporary housing because its steel joint is easier to manufacture, it is economical and the assembly of the housing structure is simpler.
