Čoahkkáigeassu:The objective of this research was the implementation of virtual courses on digital competencies for middle school children, with the purpose of providing them with the technical knowledge and critical and ethical skills necessary to function in the digital world. This includes basic technical skills, such as the efficient operation of computer devices, the use of office software, safe Internet navigation and basic file management. In addition, students are expected to learn how to properly use online communication tools, maintain proper digital etiquette and behave appropriately on online platforms, as well as how to create basic content, among other skills. Methodologically, a bibliographic design was used that facilitated the implementation of the virtual classroom in the Moodle platform, enriched with content aimed at developing the digital competencies of middle school students. The research is considered applied due to its focus on addressing specific needs related to digital competencies, using a documentary review to identify, analyze and compare academic sources, which enriched the understanding and approach to the topic. The model used for the development of the virtual classroom was the ADDIE model, which effectively guided the development process. The beneficiary population of the research are high school students, who are provided with technical knowledge, critical and ethical skills in the digital world, thus enhancing self-learning
