Through the analyzes, the lack of knowledge about the conservation of cultural heritage was evidenced, which leads to a deficient tourist development. The methods used in the development of the research are: correlational, descriptive, non-experimental transversal based on bibliographic sources such as theses, books and scientific journals, for which, the collection of information and the description of each one of them were accessed. the phenomena in a natural way at a certain moment, likewise, to achieve the results of the investigation, the survey that was directed to residents and tourists was managed as a technique. Finally, with the results achieved, the proposal of a safeguard plan was given with the purpose of being a technical document for the conservation, revaluation and protection of local cultural manifestations. |
