ট্যাগ যুক্ত করুন | সংক্ষিপ্ত: | The objective of Universal Accessibility is that all people can freely access a place, regardless of their physical condition; and being mentioned in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the former Technical Secretariat for Inclusive Management in Disabilities (SETEDYS) implements a methodology which leads to making buildings accessible and inclusive, currently the institution responsible for coordination and exercising the Compliance with the methodology is the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MIDUVI). Therefore, a comparative study between a design without using a universal accessibility methodology and its implementation is proposed for the building project of the Architecture Career of the National University of Chimborazo, with the purpose of creating accessible buildings and to identify if it is a limitation or not the application of the methodology in the design process. The methodology is based on an analysis of technical files, in which units of observation in universal accessibility are involved; When carrying out the diagnosis in the project already carried out, a 43.59% accessibility is obtained, which places it at a LOW level. To increase the level of accessibility obtained, the design of the building was modified according to each of the deficient items of the observation units, then the same diagnosis analysis was made based on technical data sheets, obtaining a result of 96.76% placing it in A HIGH level of accessibility. When making the proposal based on the methodology, the building project provides a high level of autonomy for both people with disabilities and for any user who can make use of this property, in turn provides security and comfort to all people without distinctions. |
