添加标签 | 总结: | This research work intends to determine the determining factors for the progressive abandonment of public spaces on the banks of the Machángara River and to expose how the mitigation of this problem through an urban plan is necessary for the city of Quite so through a mixed research methodology, in which the problem was covered from the search for information and theoretical argumentation on studies of recovery and intervention od urban projects and with the field visit that was carried out throughout the research work, It has been determined that as a con sequence of the uncontrolled urban expansion that Quito has suffered in the last century, it has been easy to see how pollution and the abandonment of environmental ecosystems have been suffering harmful alterations, both for the inhabitants and for the city itself, events that have fragmented the interrelationship between human beings and their immediate environment. Within the DAQ, urban expansion has generated a high and risky rate of water pollution, endangering the life of ecosystems, populations, aquatic, and wildlife, mainly in the Machángara, Monjas, and San Pedro rivers. For this reason, it is planned to generate a recovery project in the area previously determined (Cardenal de la Torre section of the Machángara Linear Park) that will serve as an instrument of intervention and rescue, both in the environmental and urban environment, strategies mat will cover the essential and conditioning aspects of the place, both physical, environmental and social, in the margin of the Machángara River and its immediate surroundings. This urban project is contemplated under the ides of an intervention and recovery, treatment, and integration of the green system together with the water system of the city with the inhabitants in order to improve the urban quality of Quito, relying on linking projects of social intervention, through the creation of public, recreational and leisure spaces that wilt guarantee the appropriation and identification of the urban space with the external and internal margins of the river. It seeks to be an element that can be replicated and annexed the other future and past proposals in different places that require urban recovery mithin the cig thus generating an urban-environmental precedem within the DAIQ. |
