总结:ABSTRACT Corporate Social Responsibility and the strengthening of broccoli production companies in the province of Cotopaxi, Latacunga canton within these companies organizations seek to add value to their activities and define innovation strategies that incorporate social considerations, maintaining a proper balance and sustainable development of the organization. To strengthen the companies it is necessary to comply with good CSR practices that generate good results, in the present work objectives and hypotheses that help to determine the study were raised, and in the theoretical part, each of the variables is described, in such a way that the necessary knowledge is provided to propose strategies focused on the practice of Corporate Social Responsibility. In the methodological part, the hypothetical-deductive method was applied, which allows us to pose and subsequently verify hypotheses based on the collection and analysis of data, thus allowing us to study the research phenomenon and provide a solution to the problem posed in this research work. The survey section analyses the level of market share that the organization has compared to its competitors, as well as whether the employees were aware of whether the company applies Corporate Social Responsibility Manuals. The strategies proposed in Chapter VI were based on the ten international principles of fair trade, which focus on good practices of Corporate Social Responsibility.
