Opis
Izvleček:The purpose of this research was to determine the benefits of using teamwork strategies for the inclusion of students with physical disabilities. The study was conducted in the 10th grade “A” of Upper Basic Education at Juan Lavalle General Basic Education School. Findings revealed that, despite curricular adaptations aimed at inclusive education, social, pedagogical, and structural barriers persist, limiting the participation of students with physical disabilities. Results showed a deficient application of teamwork strategies, which are implemented inadequately and without planning to ensure their effectiveness. This is compounded by limited teacher training in inclusion topics, directly affecting the effective use of these pedagogical strategies. Teachers acknowledged that working with students with disabilities strengthens their pedagogical skills; however, this remains an underutilized practice. It was concluded that meaningful inclusive education requires teacher training and the implementation of collaborative strategies as a pedagogical resource in the classroom. Properly planned teamwork fosters a participatory environment and develops social skills through communication among those involved.
