总结:It was observed that students spend most of their time sitting, due to the fact this research project was carried out in order to determine the relationship between the active pause and learning, and how it benefits kids, for this reason, we worked with the entire study population corresponding to 25 students in fourth grade "A" of the elementary school "Fe y Alegría" of Riobamba, to whom we applied the survey technique, and through a questionnaire, we collected the necessary data for the analysis. Based on the results obtained, it proves that a large percentage of students are tired and would like to do activities that allow them to be in constant movement, reflecting that the methodologies that are mostly applied are aimed at a traditionalist education, where the teacher is the one who is in front transmitting knowledge while students spend long hours sitting "learning", It should be emphasized that children are active beings and therefore need to be in constant movement. Therefore, it was concluded that the active pause used as a pedagogical tool has a lot of benefits not just for the students, but for the form teacher since it improves attention and decreases negative behaviors toward the students, resulting in an increase in the grades, thus improving aspects of both physical and psychological health.
