Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The structure of the present research work is divided into six chapters: the first chapter deals with the Referential Framework where the problem approach originates; The formulation of the problem; The general objective and the specific objectives; The justification and importance of the problem, where we observe that the present investigative work is feasible, novel, original that will serve for the lawyers, students of the race of right and citizenship in general. In the second chapter the theoretical framework was developed, where the instrument of the transference was applied, which was obtained through doctrines, theories, concepts and bibliographical articles extracted from codes, books, regulations, laws and texts, constructing the theoretical part , Legal and doctrine of research, this chapter is divided into six units, with their subunits; In the first unit we talk about violence; In the second unit we talk about psychological violence; In the third unit we talk about the testimony of the psychological expert; In the fourth unit we see the incidence of the evaluation of the testimony of the expert psychologist in the sentences; Finally in the fifth unit we see the hypothetical unit, hypothesis, the variables, operationalization of the variables. In the third chapter, we developed the methodological framework, the analytical method through surveys; As well as the interviews, the analytical method was applied to arrive at a critical and legal analysis to verify the hypothesis. In the fourth chapter, the administrative framework; The fifth chapter sets out the conclusions and recommendations; Finally, in the sixth chapter, the bibliography, the supplementary bibliography and annexes are established. |
