In the second chapter the theoretical framework was developed, where the instrument of the transference was applied, which was obtained through doctrines, theories, concepts and bibliographical articles extracted from codes, books, regulations, laws and texts, constructing the theoretical part , Legal and doctrine of research, this chapter is divided into six units, with their subunits; In the first unit we talk about violence; In the second unit we talk about psychological violence; In the third unit we talk about the testimony of the psychological expert; In the fourth unit we see the incidence of the evaluation of the testimony of the expert psychologist in the sentences; Finally in the fifth unit we see the hypothetical unit, hypothesis, the variables, operationalization of the variables. In the third chapter, we developed the methodological framework, the analytical method through surveys; As well as the interviews, the analytical method was applied to arrive at a critical and legal analysis to verify the hypothesis. In the fourth chapter, the administrative framework; The fifth chapter sets out the conclusions and recommendations; Finally, in the sixth chapter, the bibliography, the supplementary bibliography and annexes are established. |

In the fourth chapter, the administrative framework; The fifth chapter sets out the conclusions and recommendations; Finally, in the sixth chapter, the bibliography, the supplementary bibliography and annexes are established.La estructura del presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra dividida en seis capítulos: el primer capítulo trata sobre el marco referencial donde se origina el planteamiento del problema; la formulación del problema como incide la valoración de la prueba del testimonio del perito psicólogo en las sentencias de violencia psicológica; el objetivo general determinar, a través de un análisis crítico, doctrinario y jurídico, como la valoración del perito psicólogo incide en las sentencias en los casos de violencia psicológica y los objetivos específicos realizando un análisis crítico, jurídico y doctrinario acerca de la violencia psicológica; la justificación e importancia del problema, donde observamos que el presente trabajo investigativo es factible y original que servirá para los abogados, estudiantes de la carrera de Derecho y ciudadanía en general. En el segundo capítulo se desarrolla el marco teórico, donde se aplicó el instrumento del fichaje el cual se obtuvo a través de doctrinas, teorías, conceptos y artículos bibliográficos extraídos de códigos, libros, reglamentos, leyes y textos, construyendo la parte teórica, conceptual, legal y doctrinaria de la investigación, este capítulo se encuentra dividida en cinco unidades, con sus subunidades; en la primera unidad hablamos acerca de la violencia; la segunda unidad está compuesta sobre la violencia psicológica; la tercera unidad trataremos del testimonio del perito psicólogo; en la cuarta unidad vemos la incidencia de la valoración del testimonio del perito psicólogo en las sentencias; por último en la quinta unidad consta la unidad hipotética, hipótesis, las variables, operacionalización de las variables. En el tercer capítulo, desarrollamos el marco metodológico, el método analítico a través de las encuestas, así como las entrevistas con lo que demostraremos como incide la valoración del testimonio del perito psicólogo dentro de los juicios de violencia psicológica; se aplicó el método analítico para llegar a realizar un análisis crítico y jurídico para poder verificar la hipótesis planteada.
