El emprendimiento familiar en la estructura económica productiva del cantón Guano

ABSTRACT: The present research work “FAMILY ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE PRODUCTIVE ECONOMIC STRUCTURE OF GUANO CANTON”, analyzes the incidence of family entrepreneurship in the economic structure of Guano Canton. Through methods of analysis such as multinomial logistic regression and multiple linear regression, family entrepreneurship is examined in order to see how it affects employee retention, monthly income generated, local market participation and presence in fairs. This study highlights the vital role of small and medium enterprises in employment generation, economic diversification and social progress in the Canton. It also highlights the dynamic interaction between entrepreneurs and the community, as well as the importance of training mechanisms and participation in fairs to promote innovation and sustainable economic development.
