La Gestión Financiera y su Incidencia en la Toma de Decisiones de las Microempresas Lácteas del Cantón Riobamba

ABSTRACT: The present research work entitled Financial Management and its Incidence in the Decision Making of Dairy Companies in Riobamba Canton aims to correct existing patterns within the financial management caused by incorrect decision-making; it has a population of seven micro dairy companies in Riobamba Canton province of Chimborazo. The descriptive and explanatory methods have been used as techniques and instruments. We had the survey and questionnaire starting from the general to the particular, considering the analysis and the argument to explain the causes found before the existing problems within the dairy microenterprises. We start by posing the following question: How does financial management affect the decision-making process of micro-enterprises in Riobamba's dairy sector? Given the situation found, this research work presents the main conclusion; Many of the dairy sector managers do not have correct decision-making and adequate financial information that allows them to evaluate the companies' financial situations and achieve efficient and effective improvement in them.
