Empleabilidad de graduados de Laboratorio Clínico e Histopatológico en los laboratorios públicos. Provincias pertenecientes a la zona 3. Marzo-agosto 2018

The objetive of the present research was to determine the graduates of the Clinical and Histopathological Laboratory career employability, this work is vital and important because it offers information about the role of the graduates monitoring unit and its labor insertion of the future professionals and thus establish the relevance of the career. The methodology used in this project is a descriptive, cross-section type because it was developed in a certain period and qualitative-quantitative nature because it allowed the collection of information through the application of surveys. The population and established sample was 50 graduates who are working in public laboratories in the provinces that belong to health zone 3, to obtain the sample it was not necessary to apply the sampling technique because the population is small. The technique used was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, subsequently the data were tabulated through the SPSS Statistics 23 program, the results were analyzed and discussed with similar studies conducted by other researchers. Through this research project it was concluded that graduates from the Clinical and Histopathological Laboratory career have great acceptance in different public institutions located in health zone 3 because the professional profile of the Clinical and Histopathological Laboratory career meets the needs that health facilities request.
