It is based on an observational, descriptive study with a non-experimental and transversal desing; the population of this study consisted of 2 clinical histories with periodontograms, 200 periapical radiographs, 510 teeth studied and 1020 interproximal spaces examined,with te observation techinique and the instrument the checklist with parameters of the gingival margin, the level of the alveolar ridge height, bone loss (mild,moderate,severe), type of bone defect, continuity of life duration and space of the periodontal ligament at the height of the alveolar crests with a millimeter rule of the DSD program, IBM SPSS v. 23 is programmed for data processing. The results have been reduced. The ionformation has been reduced locally. With 65% and moderate with 55% and with the individual diagnosis. The clinical insertion level ranges from 4mm are in a statistically significant relationship with bone loss, and horizontal bone defect predominated. It is concluded that the loss of clinical insertion level with a value equal or superior to 4mm took place the radiological evidence, affecting the dental tissue. |
