Dodaj etykietę | Streszczenie: | The purpose of this study is to determine how financial resource management affects the execution of social projects at the Cordesol Foundation. As part of the methodology, the study was based on a quantitative approach, through the application of an instrument that highlights the variables and dimensions of the study, by means of closed questions with a Likert measurement scale. A non-experimental design was also proposed. The results obtained showed that the management of financial resources at the Cordesol Foundation presents deficiencies in the equitable allocation of budgets, which generates dissatisfaction among those surveyed. In addition, the absence of monitoring and evaluation phases prevents compliance with deadlines and the performance of costbenefit analyses prior to the execution of projects, which has resulted in cost overruns and delays. |
