总结:The present research was carried out in the A & B establishments in Riobamba. Its aim was to analyze under a sustainable tourism in order to improve the management of establishments in the sector. We worked with a sample of probabilistic type of 635 internal and external clients. The type of study was bibliographic, because part of the theoretical references support the research. Besides, it includes a descriptive methodology that allowed to focus on group properties for a later analysis. This research was measured and evaluated through field techniques such as surveys which were based on the problem of research by using a questionnaire, as an instrument. After the study of good practices and the understanding of sustainability concepts, we determine the project's population, which was established as internal and external clients. They gave us the result and projected us to the realization of good indicators and practices that will help us improve tourism management under sustainably framework, including an evaluation tool and weighting parameters. In conclusion, it was determined that good sustainable practices are instrument that will help improve the administrative, social, economic, cultural and tourist aspects in order to obtain a qualified service, resources and society, under an environmental and sustainable.
