The theoretical framework a state of the art is realized to know that previous investigations have been carried out to treat the subject, the concepts of abandonment and premature dismissal are analyzed, the requirements that must be fulfilled to be able to constitute the legal figure, the indemnifications before a possible abandonment and extemporaneous dismissal, finally and analysis of the similarities and differences between these two legal figures, in this way in turn easier to have a better understanding. Finally, in the metrological framework, the surveys and interviews are carried out by experts who contribute ideas to the research topic to establish the possible similarities and differences between abandonment and premature end. |
