Finally, in the metrological framework, the surveys and interviews are carried out by experts who contribute ideas to the research topic to establish the possible similarities and differences between abandonment and premature end.La razón que motivó el presente trabajo es la importancia que poseen los derechos del trabajador en el ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano, siendo el indubio pro operario uno de los principios que tiene mayor importancia y resguardo constitucional. Por lo cual el objetivo de esta investigación consiste en: analizar el abandono y el despido intempestivo, para con este sustento realizar un análisis en función de las similitudes y diferencias de ambas figuras jurídicas. La investigación titulada: "ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO ENTRE EL ABANDONO Y EL DESPIDO INTEMPESTIVO EN LA LEGISLACIÓN ECUATORIANA.", se encuentra estructurada en diversas partes, que ayudan a separar las ideas para que su comprensión sea más simple. Así en primer lugar, se realiza un planteamiento del problema, para ayudar a comprender cuál es la situación que fundamenta el trabajo, posteriormente se realizan los objetivos general y específicos, en lo que se propone los principales temas a resolver en el investigación, también se realiza una justificación de la elaboración de este trabajo. Dentro de la parte teórica se realiza el estado del arte, mediante un análisis de alguno años atrás, hasta la actualidad y la intención que se tiene a futuro, a continuación se desarrollan los aspectos teóricos del trabajo, que constituye la teoría que fundamenta el mismo, dentro de esta parte se analizan los conceptos del abandono y despido intempestivo, los requisitos que se deben cumplir para poder constituir la figura jurídica, las indemnizaciones que deben reclamarse ante un posible abandono y despido intempestivo y finalmente se realiza un análisis de la semejanzas y diferencias entre estas dos figuras jurídicas, para de esta forma comprenderlas del todo.
