Тойм:ABSTRACT: This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of telepsychology applicability in people with psychological disorders and to identify the central affections attended through telepsychology to propose actions of attention in the clinical practice to improve the quality of its intervention. The study was achieved through a descriptive literature study review with a cross-sectional design and a quantitative-qualitative approach. A population of 880 documents taking 68 as the sample was analyzed using the Critical Review Form Quantitative Studies (CRF-QS) through data collection forms and triangulation to analyze and compare the content of documents. It is concluded that the psychological affections attended through telepsychology were: behavioral, mood, and development, among others; anxiety and depression were in the first place. The telepsychology intervention used synchronous, asynchronous, and combined formats to achieve its applicability. 63% of the investigations found that the intervention assisted by telepsychology is effective, and 25% showed improvement in the psychological affectations without concluding an efficacy. Finally, 11% refuted the previous results mentioning that telepsychology intervention is ineffective. Finally, actions for attention in clinical practices were listed and directed to mental health professionals to improve the quality of intervention in people with psychological affectations.
