Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The proposed project arises from the breach that is currently a phenomenon that people experience daily, which is why it analyzes the legal effects of the contract of promise of sale since it is widely used in Ecuadorian society in a special way at the time of acquiring real estate because it provides adequate confidence to people by guaranteeing its execution. It is identified that the contracts of promise of sale are not executed in the appropriate way since the ideal requirements are not stipulated that generally fulfill the correct fulfillment. This is why the law must provide all of society with tools to promote compliance with all agreed obligations and thus reduce the procedural burden in all courts for non-compliance claims. The present research aims to contribute to the regulation and regulation so that the figure effectively legalizes the security of the society that uses the contract of promise of sale as a means that supports all their rights. |
