Understanding that each member of a couple faces conflictive situations that arise in coexistence marital, using four strategies that are; assertive, aggressive, submissive, and aggressive-passive, in conflict situations focused on the marriage sphere. We can identify how each person faces complex problems in a coexistence couple. So it is necessary to investigate the personality traits and their relationship with the assertion in the pair that will be realized. For this reason, a methodology with a quantitative approach was used, since the data collection was carried out with a non-experimental research design by not manipulating the variables. At a descriptive level, the characteristics of the variables were known, and correlational. The identified link between personality traits and partner assertion; by the basic objective, by the time in which it was carried out, and by the field location. The population will be the soldiers of the Simón Bolívar area base, the nonprobabilistic and intentional sample was 100 first. Second-grade corporals from the Simón Bolívar - Guayaquil area base, the techniques used were psychometric tests with their respective instruments: the Personality of 16 Factors (16 PF) and the Questionnaire of Assertion in the Couple (ASPA) for the dependent variable for data collection was carried out, which were interpreted by means of statistical tables and charts; In the same way, the SPSS statistical program was used, which allowed corroborating the existing correlation, reaching the conclusion that it depends to a large extent on personality for the choice of partner |
