Análisis de los procesos de gestión de cobranza y la liquidez de la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito Chibuleo en la ciudad de Quito

The aim of this thesis was to analyse the collection management processes aimed at the liquidity of the Chibuleo Savings and Credit Cooperative in the city of Quito in order to identify potential strategies to increase its competitiveness. For this purpose, a bibliographic review was carried out with reliable sources of information on the variables under study, and information was also collected on the cooperative under study. The methodology applied was mixed qualitative-quantitative with a descriptive scope, crosssectional type and field research, to obtain data that allow the fulfilment of the objective, on the one hand, the questionnaire technique was used through a validated and reliable instrument measured with Cronbach's alpha which resulted in 0.88 greater than 0.75 that proved the reliability of the instrument, which was applied to a population of 28 people, being that the study instrument was applied to all of them. It was found that the cooperative had a liquidity index of 37.8% in the year 2022 which in comparison to 2023 reduced by 13.6 points, which means that the increase in delinquency reduces business liquidity, and the increase in the delinquency index is due to the economic crises in the country, lack of jobs, as well as company closures and other current reasons in this regard.
