总结: | Postpartum haemorrhage is one of the leading causes of death in low-income nations. It is characterized by the loss of more than 1000ml of blood during or shortly after childbirth. Various risk factors are linked to this complication, such as multiparity, concomitant diseases and poor prenatal care. Von Willebrand disease is the most prevalent hereditary bleeding disorder, affecting approximately 1% of the general population. Objective: to design a nursing care algorithm in the postpartum haemorrhage of patients with Von Willebrand disease through a literature review. Methodology: included the review of documents and scientific articles. The selection was made through databases such as Google Scholar, Dialnet and Scielo. The review covered a period of analysis between 2018 and 2023 and followed the guidelines of PRISMA 2020 to ensure a clear and precise publication. Results: indicated that postpartum haemorrhage in patients with EVW requires a multidisciplinary approach, including constant monitoring. The importance of the blood group in the variation of plasma levels was highlighted, with group O being the highest risk. Prophylactic administration of desmopressin and FVW/FVIII concentrates is essential. The need for effective communication between the medical team and detailed documentation of all actions was also emphasized. Finally, it was recommended to conduct additional studies to validate the algorithm and ensure its effectiveness in different clinical contexts, improving the care and safety of patients with EvW. |
