Тойм:The nursing professional plays an important role in comprehensive care in the pre- and post surgical intervention through guidance, education and emotional support, strengthening the patient's ability to face surgery, so the objective was to interpret the role of the nurse in post hysterectomy patient care through a systematic review of the scientific literature, for which the qualitative approach was used as a methodology, in which a systematic review of the literature was carried out, following the methodology of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews And Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), since this approach ensured a transparent and methodical documentation of the justification of the review carried out by the authors, so for this, various research papers related to the topic of study were examined, highlighting among the main results that the role of nursing in post-hysterectomy care implies a continuous commitment beyond the immediate postoperative phase, since the review highlights the need for prolonged follow-up and support, especially with regard to the emotional and psychosocial well-being of patients, including support for adaptation to life changes and the management of possible long-term complications. Concluding that the role of nursing in post-hysterectomy care implies a continuous commitment beyond the immediate postoperative phase, since the review highlightsthe need for prolonged follow-up and support.
