| Riassunto: | The World Health Organization (WHO) defines emotions as ‘complex psychophysiological responses, including subjective, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects, to stimuli or situations that are personally meaningful to an individual’. Feelings mean knowing how to identify them, expressing them fully and learning to regulate them in order to adapt effectively to the various situations which are faced in life. The aim of this article is to comprehend the emotional impact of the post - COVID-19 pandemic on children by identifying the mood changes generated by quarantine and post - Covid 19 situations in order to glimpse how these emotions affect their resilience and interaction with their family and social environment. |
